I have received an e-mail that my expiry notification could not be processed. What do I have to do now?
In this case, we were unfortunately unable to process your expiry notification for your catalogue agreement via the online portal. Please check the reason for the error indicated in the error message and send us a corrected expiry notification if necessary.
If you have any questions regarding the error message, simply reply to the e-mail without changing the subject.
