My pay-out is not right, there are dates missing, or the number of works is incorrect. What can I do?

Good to know: Information on your distribution is available for you in the My Royalties section of the Online Portal. Here you will find details about the royalties you have received. You can choose between the “Diagrams” and “Statements” view.

Under “ Statements ” you have access to your detailed statements for each division and payout date. These contain, for example, information on when and where your works were used and how high the distribution amount is per use. You can download your statements as a CSV or PDF file under My downloads.
