Where do I find the form to grant an authorisation or power of attorney?

Are you a GEMA customer and would like to authorise someone? Then please use our form for customers.

1. Go to the My details under My area.
2. Click on the My granted authorisations tab.
3. Here you can enter the authorised person and other details.
4. Click on Apply. The authorised person is automatically stored with us.

You are a GEMA member and wish to authorise someone to represent you vis-a-vis GEMA? Please use the GEMA power of attorney for members.

If this authorisation form only affects the GEMA Online Portal, please only use the:
Online form for creators and publishers
or the
Online form for partner societies

It is important that this person has their own access to the online portal as GEMA member.
