Change customer details

You can adjust almost all customer data yourself if something has changed. We'll show you how to do it.

Change e-mail address

  • How can I change my e-mail address?

    The simplest way for you to change your e-mail address is via the Online Portal:
     

    1. Go to the area My details. 
    2. Select the tile My e-mail addresses and change your e-mail address.
    3. Just click on save changes, that’s it!
