You can adjust almost all customer data yourself if something has changed. We'll show you how to do it.

Change bank details

  • How do I change my bank details?

    The easiest way to change your bank details is in the Online Portal:

    1. Go to My Area and then to  My details . 
    2. Select the tile My bank details and enter the new bank details.
    3. Just save changes and you're done.

    If you have entered new bank details, you can now assign your existing contracts to them.

    1. To do this, click on the three dots next to the bank details and go to Transfer bank details to contracts.
    2. Select the contracts for which the new bank details should apply.
    3. Just change payment method and you're done.
