How do I change my bank details?
The easiest way to change your bank details is in the Online Portal:
- Go to My Area and then to My details .
- Select the tile My bank details and enter the new bank details.
- Just save changes and you're done.
If you have entered new bank details, you can now assign your existing contracts to them.
- To do this, click on the three dots next to the bank details and go to Transfer bank details to contracts.
- Select the contracts for which the new bank details should apply.
- Just change payment method and you're done.
