I need an additional invoice copy. How can I request one?

You can download missing invoices easily in the Online Portal under My invoices or you can simply request them via the Online Portal: 

a) Use the download function. This is how you can download the invoice yourself (see screen below).

b) If there is no invoice listed under Download, please click on the following button (see screen below).
