Which appeals procedures are there and in which cases can I turn to the arbitration board?
For complaints as defined by section 33 VGG [German Collecting Societies’ Act], the GEMA statutes and distribution plans provide complaints procedures. If the conditions pursuant to sections 92-94 VGG are met, the arbitration board can be called upon.
