• Why can I not report uses under certain tariffs via the Online Portal?

  The Online Portal is constantly being developed further and not all tariffs could be displayed yet. Please use our forms for tariffs which are not shown in the portal yet.

• Where do I find a tariff overview?

  You can use our price calculator to find out the price of a tariff quickly and easily.
  
  A complete overview of all tariffs with all details can be found under our tariff overview.
  
  In the left column, you will see the type of music use, e.g. live music performance, communication to the public of sound recordings and audiovisual recordings, music use on the internet and others. Select the appropriate one.
  
  Then you can specify the exact division. In case of live music performance, for example, background music with musicians or concert/festival/cabaret. 

• How do I know which tariff is the right one?

  You have two options to determine this:

  1. You can either use our various price calculators.
  2. Or you go to our overview page tariff overview. In the left column you can see the type of music use, on the right, you can then select the exact category or genre. After you have selected the category, you can download the relevant questionnaire. By answering the questionnaire, you get to the right tariff.
