How do I obtain a code for linking my online account?
If you have not yet received a code by post, you can request one in the Online Portal.
- Log in to the Online Portal with your e-mail address and password or register again.
- You will see a screen asking you to link your customer number. Click on No code received yet?.
- Select the invoice or contract number as the identification feature and enter this and your customer number.
- Now click on Send and you will receive the code by post to your main/standard address.
