  • Which appeals procedures are there and in which cases can I turn to the arbitration board?

    For complaints as defined by section 33 VGG [German Collecting Societies’ Act], the GEMA statutes and distribution plans provide complaints procedures. If the conditions pursuant to sections 92-94 VGG are met, the arbitration board can be called upon.

  • How can I reach GEMA if I have any questions?

    In order to be able to look after our customers and our members, we are offering a customer and a member service to you. Music users benefit from a central point of contact through our national GEMA customer centre whereas music creators can get in touch with the member service.
