Detailed schedules 1, 4 and 5-formerly “individual statements”

The formats of the detailed schedules 1,4 and 5 (formerly individual statements) are familiar standard formats, which GEMA members receive with each distribution. Regarding the publisher participation reversal, these files have been made available via the Online Service GEMA-Download since end of September 2018. Members can retrace, which distribution items in the years 2012 to 2016 were subject to debits for publishers or credits for authors carried out by GEMA.

Just to recap: The publisher participation reversal relates to the period 06/2012 - 12/2016. During this period, there were more than 100 GEMA distributions. For each distribution which had to be reversed due to the information provided via the ECP, members affected by such reversals shall receive a separate file. Furthermore, files with the results of the corrections will be added - in case it has been necessary to carry out a correction.

Detailed schedules 1,4 and 5 can be identified by the initial letters “EA VB” in the filename. Correction files can also be identified due to their additional acronym “KA” in the filename.
