GEMA offers its members access to an excerpt of the international rights holders’ database "Interested Parties Information" (IPI). IPI is an international database by CISAC, the umbrella organisation for collective management organisations.

It contains information on approx. 2 million composers, authors/lyricists and about 350,000 music publishers who are members of a CISAC organisation or are otherwise of interest to collective management organisations. IPI data is fundamental for the documentation exchange and distributions between collective management organisations.
